Can I get gift wrapping?
We cannot offer gift wrapping. Most orders for clothing or other low-weight, soft items will ship in a polyethylene bag to reduce shipping costs.
I need to cancel my order

It is your responsibility to choose the correct item, size, and color at the time of purchase. We cannot accept cancellations because the order goes into production immediately.

Payment Questions

Payment is in US dollars and requested immediately. You may pay with a credit or debit card, credit  card, or PayPal, including any payment method PayPal allows. You do *not* need a PayPal account to use PayPal! Once payment has been made your item goes into production and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be honored if the item has been damaged in shipping or if there has been a mistake in printing.

 

Contact me within14 days of delivery. Ship item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Questions

Shipping is via First Class US Mail. Items in stock will be shipped within 24 to 36 hours of receipt of payment. Special orders or personalized items may take up to a week or two, depending on the workload here. Shipping can get really pricey on International orders. Sorry, but things like shipping and taxes and VAT are beyond my control.

Why does my t-shirt smell funky?

Most of our shirts are printed by the DTG (Direct To Garment) printing method rather than the old fashioned screen printing. There is a pretreatment and curing process that they go through during production and a mild chemical odor may linger from this process. This is totally normal and will disappear after you wash the shirt.
